Refund policy

At VELARO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at velarobags13@gmail.com with your order number, photos/videos of the product, and packaging.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Damage caused by personal use.
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Products reported after 48 hours of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, we will guide you through the next steps. Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered depending on the case.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
